Workshop: Kerry Leigh

Are you secretly harbouring the desire to perform stand up? Do you watch wistfully from the audience thinking 'I can do that?' Find your funny with this 4 hour introduction to stand up comedy workshop facilitated by comedian Kerry Leigh -  available for up to 12 participants with the opportunity to perform at an open mic on Friday 28th October.

Participants are welcome to bring any 'material' they are already working on. The workshop will cover such aspects as mic technique, delivery, timing and confidence...and, most importantly, biscuits.

Kerry has taught stand up to various groups over the years on behalf of Laughology, including during the 2013 WIC festival to 12 women who all shone on their performance night - half of whom have gone on to become regular comedy performers and public speakers.
